FREE CPR Class & Stop the Bleed

Please register for this very important CPR Class. The class is taught by Howard County Fire and
Rescue, Risk Reduction Educator, Tearraney Zanguina.
As the weather improves, we have more HCPA members coming to the courts to play. We do
not know who has a health issue that may require some intervention. This FREE non-
certification class covers CPR for adult victims, choking relief, and how to use an AED. As a
student, you’ll get hands on practice to build life-saving skills and participate in fun activities to
challenge your knowledge! By the end of the course, you’ll walk away with the confidence to
provide help in the case of sudden cardiac arrest until first responders arrive.
Even if you have taken this course before, we strongly encourage this as a refresher to all of our
Session Coordinators and welcome any HCPA member that wishes to obtain this valuable skill.
