Final Picnic Reminders: June 16th @ Savage Park, 4:00 – 9:00 (There are lights!)
We are happy so many of you have signed up for the “End of Fiscal Year Picnic and Pickleball”
event. The Association is required to hold a general membership meeting each year, so there
will be a few short speeches. We will be brief.
We have reached maximum capacity and I am sorry but the event is now closed. If you have
signed up but cannot attend, please remove your name from the list so people on the wait list
can move up.
We will have sandwiches, fruit, veggies, chips, cake and drinks including beer. There are 8
courts exclusively for Association use that evening.
You should consider bringing a chair or blanket and your favorite beverage in cans only (no
glass). Parking is at a premium, if you can carpool that would help.
We are excited to host you this year and look forward to a fun event.

1) See Team App for the sign-up for the All-Gender Doubles Round Robin Event arranged by HCPA. Level is Intermediate/Advanced (3.0+). For All Ages.
2 Event will be held on Sunday, 6/25 from 9:00 – 11:00am at Locust Pool Park. We have four courts and are limiting the event to 16 players.
3) The cost is $15 per person. Please limit ticket purchases to 2 or less and prioritize members of the HCPA.
