Given the opportunity to play indoors on the weekends in Howard County is rare, we are exploring how to best use the Lake Elkhorn Middle School (LEMS) Gym and Cafeteria's. We have received confirmation that we can have the LEMS facility for 13 Saturdays from January 4th through to the end of March. We will have the facility from 9 am to 1 pm. We would like to offer this to as many of our members as possible and try to keep the cost down. So, we are contemplating offering two - 2 hour sessions; one from 9 am to 11 am with setup and the second from 11 am to 1 pm with take down. The cost for each session would be $8 per person per day or a total of $104 paid up front. We will require a minimum of 16 people per session to register and pay the upfront cost. If someone was interested in playing for the full 4 hours they could sign-up for two sessions. We would also be able to offer some additional slots to those who can't make the initial commitment provided we obtain our minimum number of registrars. Additionally, we are exploring how to offer folks the ability to substitute for someone, thereby paying that person back for a time they are unable to attend - this is offered on a case by case basis - first come first serve based on the number of substitutes needed and available. There would also be a minimal donation to cover the cost of taping lines on a per session basis.
