PB Potluck Social - We plan to have two socials in September. We are considering changing the day of the social to Sunday afternoons due to the loss of daylight. Please use the following Doodle poll to let us know if you would like the socials to continue on Thursday evenings with an earlier start time of 4:30 pm or move to Sunday afternoon starting at 4 pm. The decision will be made this weekend based on your input and I will post our plans for the next social this coming week on Monday morning.

Public School Facility Rate Increase - The Ho. Co. Public School System has increased their costs for using indoor facilities. Due to this, we anticipate the need to increase the fee for the Saturday indoor sessions during the winter to $13. We would need to sign-up a minimum of 20 people to cover the cost of the facility. We are hoping to reserve Lake Elkhorn again for the winter period of January to March provided we have enough people committed to this and it is available. I setup a Doodle Poll to survey our members if they would be willing to pay $13 per session for the indoor venue. This will help us determine if it's worth making the reservation or not. Please provide you input.
Sept. Tournament Venue Change - We will be using the Hammond Park location for the Sept. tournaments. The address for this park is 10700 Glen Hannah Dr, Laurel MD.
Organized Play Change - LP is adding Tuesday evening sessions! Our weekday Locust Park drop-in sessions will be dropping the Wed. morning sessions and will be adding Tuesday evenings. Both Tuesday and Thursday evening sessions will start at 5 pm. This is effective Sept. 3rd. Saturday mornings will continue at LP starting at 9 am.
Monday Evening at Chapelgate - The weekly sign-up for the Monday evening drop-in sessions will be posted early Thursday morning, hopefully by 7 am, to the Organized Play webpage. This doodle poll will have a limit for the number of people attending. If you sign-up and later find you can't make it, please inform Earl via email (sneeringere@gmail.com) so he can remove your entry from the poll.
