The USAPA Sanctioned Atlantic South Regional Pickleball Tournament was held in Foley Alabama, with 423 players. Date: 8-23-8-25, 2019. Pictured is Sandra Bowman from Howard County Pickleball Assocation and brother Chris Thomas, from the Villages. In Mixed Doubles, 4.0, 70+ they finished with the bronze medal. In Women's Singles, Sandra Bowman, 3.0 70+, finished with the silver medal.

In the Maryland Senior Olympics, here are some HCPR winners: Rob Schmidt got silver in singles Mike Buckley got gold in singles and mixed doubles. Sheree Shyu got gold in women’s doubles, bronze in mixed doubles, gold in singles.
