Pickleball Instruction for Spring & Summer - Coach Marc Austin, a HCPA member, informed the association that Howard County Recreation and Parks (HCRP) will be offering pickleball instruction courses. Marc sent us the flyer listed below. He received permission to share this information ahead of the official announcement by HCRP.

Registration is available on the HCRP Pickleball web site or by calling the number on the attached flyer.
Please let our members know that in the event that a class or clinic gets shortened or cancelled HCRP will refund the appropriate money quickly. Also, if a class or clinic is full when someone goes to register please ask them to register anyway ( not pay) and get on the waiting list. This is really important as HCRP will use these metrics to assess demand in the county and will use the information to help grow the sport. This is their way to assess demand and interest. In addition, by getting on the waiting list we will move to add classes and or clinics this spring and summer pending demand and facility availability of course. There will be more offerings in the fall including new specialized clinics.
HCRP will send a mass announcement shortly when they get final approval so you are getting this before the mass announcement. I have received approval to do this.
