Columbia Association's Owen Brown Tennis Club Opens Today - As of May 13th, CA will be opening the Owen Brown Tennis Club. Due to the Coronavirus, they have issued revised rules and regulations. The following link provides access to all of them via their web page. There are a several rules that significantly impact HCPA's use of the pickleball courts. They intend to man the office, weather permitting, from 8 am to 9 pm on Monday to Friday and from 8 am to 8 pm on Saturday and Sunday. During the time the office is open, use of the courts will be by reservation only by CA members and they will be charging a fee for the courts use; guests must play a guest fee. Furthermore, they are offering courts for singles only. Suggest you review all the rules and regulations.
