Playing Pickleball indoors at Chapelgate - With the Governor moving Maryland into Phase 3, indoor activities will soon be returning.  We have once again been offered to use the Chapelgate Academy Gym on Monday nights.  We really appreciate the offer by the Chapelgate Presbyterian Church to use their facility and they would like to know soon.  In order to support this activity we need to know if our members are ready to return to playing Pickelball indoors and if there are any volunteers willing to assist in the setup and take down of the nets and rubber lines?  There is some concern from board members that playing indoors may be too risky. To assess this we are using the following doodle survey to determine if our association should accept Chapelgate's offer or not.  If you would like to play indoors this fall/winter and/or are willing to assist in the setup, please respond to this survey by next Wed. morning, Sept. 8th.

This gym is probable a bit far for me to drive though Pickleball is definitely social as well as physical/mental and could be sorely missed in the winter so I may be willing to drive. I haven’t played at the gym so a description of the space, including height, windows and other air circulating information would be helpful.
